Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

This company deserve no star They are a bunch of liars. They have been dealing with my accident claim since April 2024. We agreed for a settlement; 3rd party Insurance made payment which was confirmed to me by a member of their team. However, uptill date they are refusing to credit my account. I was told a lie that the reason for the delayed payment was because I didn't send my bank account details; sent a screenshot of the email evidence still not received the payment. Avoid!!!

My experience started with a claim to National Claim. They contact QDOS, and from there everything was easy. Calls almost every day to keep me informed about my claim. Very helpfull and very professional. They offered me all the time a choice. I`ll recommend without any hesitation!Thank you QDOS for everything you did for me!

Please do not use this services

Please do not use this services. I have made multiple calls and sent many emails. Apparently there is no way to contact withe finance department!! I am waiting 10 months for my money!! THINK TWICE before using QDOSS ASSISTANCE!!!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I was transferred to this company after a no fault accident. They have received the money from the other drivers insurance but refuse to deposit the money into my bank account. Absolute scammers Avoid!I’m having to go to the ombudsman to get what is owed to me.Do not, I repeat do not use this diabolical company to handle a claim on your behalf.Now April 17th, over 4 months after my accident and still QDOS Accident Assitance has not paid out.They are a disgrace and maybe a call to the police is in order to see what sort of operation they are running.
