I had to use Qdos Assistance for a non-fault claim in September 2025, as they were acting on behalf of my insurer. I wish I’d had a choice.Things were fine until I accepted a total loss for my car and full market value offer in October 2025. After that, communication completely collapsed. I sent numerous emails and made repeated phone calls, most of which went unanswered. I wasted a huge amount of time chasing them.Eventually, after months of silence, they confirmed on 6th of January 2026 that the third party settled in full and that Qdos received payment. Since then, I’ve been chasing my payout with no success. I’ve been repeatedly fobbed off with promises that never materialise.They even told me they had sent a BACS payment and that it would clear in 2–3 working days. It’s now been 7 working days and, unsurprisingly, there’s been no payment.I would strongly advise not using Qdos if you have a choice. If you do end up dealing with them and communication stops, go straight through their formal complaints process so that after 8 weeks you can escalate to the Financial Ombudsman.You’d think they would have improved after being featured on BBC One Show Watchdog, unfortunately, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Had a non fault accident on 11/8 /25…

Had a non fault accident on 11/8 /25 and qdos got paid by third party in October but I’m still waiting for the payment, every time I sent emails, no response. Every time I rang, same answer- “we will pay you as an urgent matter”. But nothing happened now i have approached fos and next month fca , proper useless

Abhorrent customer service

Abhorrent customer service! I absolutely rue the day I opted for QDOS!! It's been nearly 1.5 years since I made my claim, and there has been no communication from them for the past year. Now, when I call them, I get completely non-committal replies like they will be sending me an email, etc., which again, hasn't happened in 3 weeks.

I’m very happy with the way Qdos Law handled my case. The worst company to deal with absolute…

The worst company to deal with absolute nightmare hold our money for over 45 weeks even though they don’t have anything to do with that payment it was a non-fault accident third-party can be paid out and QDOS hold the money and taking the time to pay out.They didn’t notify us that the third-party has settled the amount we wouldn’t have known that unless I requested a progress from the fault insurer and they had told me that the payments already been made yet QDOS never informed me spoke to someone in Account’s team. His name is Richard who hanged up the phone on me just like many others I got passed around like parcel to parcel. It’s just been absolute nightmare. Stay away. Tell your insurance you don’t wanna deal with them tell them not to handle any of your Claims.

NEVER USE QDOS!!!

QDOS took on our case at the end of June 2025, the third party admitted fault straight away they received the payment in early July. After this all communication stopped. Every time you call nobody can help. You just keep being told "there is a delay with the accounts team ", or "we've marked it as urgent and someone will give you an update" and follow up emails will be sent with no response. According to their complaint procedure you should get a response within 5 working days, its been over 5 months and we still have not heard back from them!

AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

They took on our case in July the third party admitted fault straight away they received the payment in August. After this all communication stopped and they have essentially stolen the money. Every time you call nobody can help. Accounts team and managers are unavailable but follow up emails will be sent with no response. Follow their complaints procedure and received no reply. Now looking to take legal action. You will see many reviews like this if you google them absolutely disgusting company that should not be allowed to operate.
