Review Time
Claims handler did not know the system. We were sent on wild goose chases. Cars finance company still not been paid. Hire car picked up a week ago on QDOS instruction but no information given to us. Left with no car. Hire car company stated it was because claim had been settled. Have asked qdos for the settlement paperwork 12 times over the last week , been told to email admin, managers etc NO REPLY Phoned again today. Still no further forward. Accident was not our fault yet we are the ones having this added stress, on top of Injury.Also have a baby so car seat is suppose to be getting replaced but not one person from qdos can explain how this works. Honestly avoid!!!!!!
Couldn’t recommend QDOS enough. I was in a bad car accident, causing so much stress and worry but QDOS took over and from that very moment handled everything with care and compassion. I had a beautiful courtesy car delivered to my home address the very next day. I was back on the road whilst the repairs for my car were all sorted in the background. The communication was fantastic. Overall, everything from QDOS was outstanding and I highly recommend.
