The claim process was easy and fast, and my vehicle repair was spot on. I also received a very reliable replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair. The staff were extremely supportive throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I will always recommend QDOS.
Process has been very smooth since I called to report the accident . Everyone I have spoken to has been great.Courtesy car was dropped off by Paul White and a colleague. Very nice , friendly guy, he explained everything and made sure I was happy .
Qudos Claims is currently holding our funds without resolution or clear explanation.Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, communication has been poor and unprofessional. We spoke with Richard, who ended calls without properly addressing our concerns. This has caused unnecessary stress while our money remains withheld.Given the company’s previous media attention, including coverage by BBC News and/or Watchdog, we expected higher standards of transparency and customer care. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.Based on our experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.
It should be a zero review. They have sent me daily emails since November 13th asking me to sign a witness statement. I replied that they had the wrong person and suggested their client had provided my e-mail address incorrectly. They ignored my response and still sent daily e-mails, bypassing my spam filter. This cannot be the actions of a reputable company. Suggest you avoid at all costs.
