Would give them 0 if I could have been waiting for my money which they have had since 22nd January 2025 excuse after excuse no call back no reply to Emails or wattsapp they are holding on to my money, now going into hands of solicitors which the company I work for have kindly said they would use so it will cost them more than The £6,000.00 they owe me , the stress it has caused me is a disgrace, they also emailed to say I was claiming for personal injury ,storage which is a total lie, another delay tactic I presume, emailed to say I wasn't claiming the above , it was a accident third party admitted liability his insurance paid straight away value of the car that qudos had written off suprise no reply . I have had to go out and get another car on finance as I am a carer and need a car , don't know how they get away with holding people's money .

I highly recommend Qdos they sorted my car out for repairs claim and a hire car after my car was crashed into their service was outstanding very friendly staff who contacted me daily through calls or emails to keep me updated with everything I never needed to chase anything up I would definitely use again if needed

Get your money via moneyclaimonline

Seems to be a theme of them not oaying peoples money. I was the same. Waited over 12 months for payout despite being told by them on numerous occasions they had it. All we kept getting toldnis that 'someone from accounts will get back to you' and of course they never did. I made a court claim via moneyclaimonline. They didnt reply to court, so once the daysbhad passed I sent the judgement to the qdos complaint team and guess what, they replied to that, amd paid the money within 48 hours, plus the court costs and interest. Its the only way you will get a response and get paid.

In February 2025, we were in a car accident that wasn’t our fault. Lacking premium cover, we turned to QDOS, who assessed our car as a write-off and claimed the value of the car from the other party’s insurance on our behalf.We were told the other insurer had paid QDOS but since then, they’ve ignored all our attempts to contact them and we haven’t received a penny, neither the compensation nor the scrap payment.Now I have lost my car, my money, and my mental health. Thank you QDOS.

⭐ 1 Star – The Worst Company I’ve Ever Dealt With. Complete Joke.I honestly don’t have words for how disgusted I am with Qudos. This is by far the worst and most useless company I have ever had to deal with. If you’re unfortunate enough to have your case passed to them — run the other way.They’ve had the third-party payment since 15th May, and guess what? It’s nearly a month later and we still haven’t been paid. My husband has been calling them every single day, during his working hours — taking time away from his job — just to chase what should have been done in five working days.We’ve spoken to Chris, Sophie, Dave, Haley, and every time it’s just lies, empty promises, and delays. Their so-called accounts department is a ghost — no phone line, no accountability, nothing but a manager saying “we can only email them.” Are you serious?Even worse — the manager said this case had been escalated to the director, and still nothing has been sorted. So if the director’s involved and even then nothing happens — what the hell is this company doing?!This whole thing has been emotionally exhausting and financially damaging. They’ve wasted weeks of our time, caused unnecessary stress, and held our money hostage. We’ve sent our bank details TWICE and they still pretend like things are in progress.We’re now filing a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman and have told our insurance company to NEVER use Qudos again. I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.This is not a business. This is a joke.Avoid Qudos like the plague.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Qudos handled my car repair claim after an accident that wasn’t my fault, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.They received the third-party payment on 15th May, and as of now (nearly a month later) I have still not received my compensation. I’ve sent my bank details twice, spoken to several members of their team (Chris, Sophie, Dave, Haley), and called them daily, often during my working hours, costing me time and wages — and every time I’ve been fed false promises and delays.Their accounts department is uncontactable, and even the manager claimed they can only email them, which is beyond ridiculous for a professional company. I was even told my case had been escalated to the director, yet absolutely nothing has changed.I have recorded calls and full logs of every time I contacted them, and the way I’ve been treated is completely unacceptable. They’ve wasted my time, caused stress, and held my money for no valid reason. I’ve now had to raise this with my insurance company and will be taking this further through the Financial Ombudsman.Do yourself a favour — if you see your claim being referred to Qudos, demand a different provider immediately. This is a terribly run company that clearly doesn’t care about their customers once they get the payment.

Untrustworthy and money grabbing

Took 4 months to get the money after car was written off. Even though they informed hire car company well before we received the money that they had the money and for the car hire to end. Leaving our family without a car and without a mode of transport of getting to and from work. Resulting in having to take unpaid leave from work. They kept blaming their accounts team who they apparently had no contact with other then email because they accounts team work from home. 4 months later and still no sign of our money. DO NOT use this company, they keep hold of the money for as long as possible to get the interest from it. They pass you around and around, tell you they will call you back, but never do. And they dont even ask for your bank details to pay the money into until you start badgering them about payment.
