Avoid at all cost

I have never experience anything like this company. I had a non fault accident last July 2024. Third party paid Qdos in the August 2024. As yet no payment has reached me. I have tried everything to receive my pay out. Will now have to make a claim with the small claims court. Nightmare avoid avoid.

Worst company ever

I HAD A NON FAULTY ACCIDENT IN OCTOBER 2024. I got the information that third party releases my payment in Arpil 2025 and this people said we have a backlog in account department moreover they don’t have access to account department. Such an idiotic move to delayed the payment. Finally I sent themA formal notice of 7 days then i will complain in FOA.

QDOS have just finished handling my…

QDOS have just finished handling my claim and i must say they did a great job. Everything was so simple, I just sent over the pictures of my smashed up car and I had a hire car delivered that afternoon by a lovely chap called Ian who gave me a quick lesson in how to drive an automatic as I hadnt driven one before. Couldnt fault that for service. My claims handler Milly was great too, friendly and kept me up to date with the progress of my write of settlement. My case is all settled now, was a shame to give the hire car back but i think my new car will definitely be an auto - thanks again Ian!
