I’d happily give zero star for these cowboys.

Accident in January, other company admitted liability on day 2. Paid out in January 28th.

Fast forward to March 6th, still sat here waiting for the money to be sent.

They have sent emails saying it will be in my account by xx date, never arrives, call them up and they just say we can’t talk to accounts over the phone, send an email.

So from today, I’ve emailed and told them I’m charging them storage for the car they gave me, hopefully that resolves it very quickly.

DO NOT USE. Bunch of monkeys playing with your money.

Kudos to QDOS…

After having the same model bike written off by other insurers prior to this one, I was concerned about losing another. However QDOS were superb. Managed to find a great garage to have it all fixed up and were brilliant to speak with and more than helpful throughout the process. Thanks again!

shockingly bad. not a real breakdown company.

shocking. don't bother. they are not a specialist breakdown company. just a claims handler that work for lots of other insurance companies. a complete waste. stick to the proper breakdown companies. I pulled over into a car park late at night, got an uber home with the others in the car. And rather than cause lots of stress I called to make the claim in the morning. I didn't call within 6 hours, but called at 8am. claim denied. no help. waste of money.
