DO NOT TRUST QDOS. I had a no fault car accident in October 2024. As of March 2025 I have still NOT had payment. Every time I phone I get fobbed off saying they will escalate to the senior managers. I get no action from these managers. I have made two official complaints by email, of which I have had NO RESPONSE. I WILL be complaining to the Ombudsman
Friendly staff, the lovely Hannah O'Brien on calls has been really helpful in particular and Paul White delivered my courtesy car today also friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks both for making this experience a pleasant one. I would recommend QDOS to others everytime.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They received the money from Lloyds in January and I still haven’t received it. I have lost the deposit on my replacement car because of there terrible service. Over two months later and I’m still waiting. If I didn’t have their courtesy car I would have been screwed. Worst company I have ever experienced.
Absolutely happy with your service the car looks great and in respect for the gentleman mr Paul white he was nice kind man he helped me with the new car how to handle it I was more than happy with all that help and time he spent with me thank you very much
Don't even deserve 1 star. What an absolutely shocking and disgusting company this is. Looks like from other feedback they are doing the exact same to a lot of people.Offered a pay out on the car, picked it up same day (15th of March).. Husband has rang every day for 3 months now the and all they say is they will email accounts.. Their accounts department is a ghost — no phone line, no accountability, (accident was non fault and accepted responsibility, simple case, you'd think)3 weeks ago the manager Hayley told us the payment was being processed and will be in 5 working days. Week later still wasn't in. Rang again said there was an error with payments and it will be in next couple of days... and yet, still here waiting.... rang and all they say is they will email accounts. They have actually said they can see the 50 odd phones calls we've made accounts haven't picked a single one up. !Anyone any advice of where we go from here?Stress, headache, do not use.... wish I had seen these reviews... ridiculous...
AVOID!!!! If I could give them 0 I would! Nothing but stress and headache since the moment they got my claim. Was told I was going to get a courtesy car while they looked at the damage to mine (to which I did not receive) They took my car after it was deemed a write off and left me with nothing for months. I emailed numerous people within this business who had been emailing me previously, calling everyday being on the line for 30mins to 2 hours to get hung up on as soon as it got through, to then suddenly getting no reply for almost 3 months! I finally get through to the staff who answer the phones (who are useless and definitely have no training) to be passed to a “manager” who told me ‘the people you’ve emailed are no longer with the business’ ‘the accounts team don’t have a number to call’ basically laying the blame wherever she could. Only this morning (3 months after the accident and 2 months of them having my car) after numerous phone calls and threats to get the FCA and the police involved they finally put my payment in. Nobody should have to get to the point of going to the police involved in order to get their money! Disgusting company which sounds like it’s being run by a bunch of school kids
I was in a no fault accident (hit whilst parked by a drunk driver). I called my insurer Churchill immediately after I was hit. Passed to accident claim helpline who gave me to Qdos. All went well until they had my money paid by his insurer. Qdos assist have had it in their account since 11th February 2025. Excuse after excuse.Only one person working in accounts, marked as urgent and sent to accounts. Emailed accounts and no reply. They won't answer the phone at accounts. I am at the end of my tether with it all, as my car was written off and now i have no vehicle and no money to get another one. Now looking into contacting the Ombudsman to get this sorted out. Beyond exasperated. If possible avoid them.
AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company to have to deal with. No hurry to do anything for customers. Unfortunately I've had to deal with them or at least try to. Due to it being the other party's insurance company. It seems you are completely put on the back burner if you aren't a customer & need something from them going by the reviews. Would not recommend them. They have caused nothing but stress the whole time. I've dealt with multiple team members who have all been pretty usless. I have been dealing / fighting with them since July last year, it is now almost March and no further forward. I have no confidence they will get it right & this will probably carry on till Christmas!!! - I was told almost 2 weeks ago they have the funds there to repay me for the hire veichle (I had to fork out for) asked me to send over my bank details & still nothing has been put into my account. This is only one part of it. U could go on! I have called everyday & been told its "upto accounts" (when the money is relised) very poor company with no interest in clients unless you are a customer paying them I suspect!
