Had a very good experience. Phoned to discuss a matter and within an hour I had a call back of the lovely lady I spoke to at first and sorted my issue out immediately.. issue was with my insurance company and qudos emailed them and got it sorted for me instantly Excellent experience

Here again still no payment and ombudsman officially involved ,promised payout since October and seems to be radio silence since Iv stopped calling them , discusting company all screenshots have gone to the ombudsman promising it’s going to get dealt with -Dear Mr Alexander Your complaint Thanks for getting in touch. Cant get your money from them, steer clear

My initial experience was great with this CMC, regular updates and very quick to initiate the claim, however the problems started when the claim was settled, getting my money from them has been so frustrating, I am still trying to get my settlement after many infuriating weeks, and the accounts dept are impossible to contact, you have to use claims advisors that have no power to resolve the issues.

Highly recommended teamI dealt with Jayden, Zach and Hannah and they were really empathetic to my situation. Hannah arranged a hire car for me and Zach got the other insurer to pay out for my write off. Really made a stressful situation simple.
