Wasn’t sure about using a claims handling service but it all worked out great. The communication was very efficient and the repair was done locally at my preferred body shop and the quality of repair was really good and it was completed very quickly.
It took a few months to get the result but at no fault of QDOS, third party were the pain but they guided me and was helpful throughout. I do wish there was a little more communication but hard to communicate on their side when they have no updates to give or they are awaiting responses. Can’t fault them though. Very happy with the results especially as they had all the evidence to keep pushing for the result we got in the end.
They fulfiled and completed what they had promised in the situation when I was helpless what to do after accident by other’s fault. I could go on with working and finally I received my car back repaired perfectly. I think that we customers do need these sort of services.
My broker recommended me to use QDOS Assistance after I had a not my fault accident. My first impression was it was great that I could call them and tell them what happened and get a claims number even though it was late in the evening. They told me they take calls 24/7 which was reassuring . The next day I had an email asking for pictures of my damage, which I sent in by whatapp.A few days later they arranged a date for a garage to pick up my car and another company then called me to drop off a hire car. It was all really quick efficient but there was quite alot of phone calls arranging everything. Although I suppose that there was a lot to organise. Overall , I'd give them a 5 star rating for the service. I didn't have any problems and it seemed a slick operation
