Very disappointing experience. I would never hire QUADRABAY’s services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
No one answers the phone — it always goes to an answering machine and keeps you waiting.
The live chat response time is extremely slow. After waiting 1.5 to 2 hours in the queue, if we don’t reply within 1–2 minutes, the agent marks the query as resolved.
Email support is very poor. Out of 15 follow-up emails, we may receive only one generic response such as “We are working on it” or “It is under process.”
No SMS notifications are received, even though QUADRABAY charges for the SMS service.
There are significant delays of months in document endorsements.
The lack of updates and responses has caused considerable mental stress and frustration.
Based on this experience, I believe they should reconsider continuing this business.
Its been more than 6 months since i applied for equivalency
They are sending same email every time
And even on login. One step is done and then after 2 months, the procedure goes a step back.
And they don't have any clear answers. They are just copy pasting the emails every single time
Extremely poor experience. Waiting 1.5 years for degree equivalency with no result. Constant replies of “under processing” and zero transparency. This delay caused major stress and problems with my employer. I would not recommend Quadrabay for equivalency services.
The most awful experience with Quadrabay!! Ref MOHESR141025390067. I had applied for equivalency about 4 months ago and I received a notification that they need my TOR. For a lay person, we do not understand what is a TOR having completed my degree in 1991. After receiving the TOR, they again stated that they need the TOR semester wise whereas in 1991, we did not have any semesters, we just had annual examinations as per University guidelines. Anyways, then they stated that my First year and second year one name is missing and I submitted everything in one email with all clarifications on 17 Jan 26, only to receive an email on 28 Jan 2026, stating that my application is closed and they are not able to contact me. My phone is ON 24 hrs a day and I have responded to emails with my last email being sent on 17 Jan!!
Now the issue with their phone lines. I called them up and in 3 instances, the system gives you options and once the particular option is selected, it goes back to the original message. Finally I got through partially where I received a automated message that I am caller number 9, waited patiently for over 15 mins and I was caller number 5 and then the system took me to the original automated message.
I am very close to tagging QB on Twitter and tagging MOE stating that the government departments in Dubai who believe in SMART governance, have partnered with a firm who is still operating at snail pace and is not able respond in a proactive and customer friendly manner. I have been asked to make a fresh application which is ridiculous as I will be now forced to pay all of the fees once again. Really disappointed and frustrated.
*it took my college about 2 months to release the amended name as they needed a person to go to their counters with all relevant documents in original
This service is a scam. They are quick to respond before payment, but everything changes afterward. I submitted a legitimate degree from a reputable university for a Letter of Recognition. Even after more than 5 months and providing an official verification letter, they still did not fulfill their promise. The degree is authentic, and equivalency was already granted, yet this service proved to be unreliable and misleading. I have attached screenshots for reference. Steer clear of this service.

After providing the receipt, they claimed there was a problem with my university. When I requested a reference to follow up, they provided nothing. Upon checking with my university, they confirmed there was no application from this service. I requested to cancel my application and receive a refund, but they denied it.

I applied for an equivalence degree through this service. They said my documentation was with my institution, but when I checked, my institution confirmed they had received nothing. Now, I’m not getting many responses to my emails. I’m considering how to get a refund or file a complaint regarding this service, as it seems like a scam.
