Review Time
Okay first things first, service by the people there was exemplary. this was a last-minute booking as both of our original options within the central station were either broken or failed miserably, have to say booking process was slightly difficult on a mobile phone, as the connection in for a wien mitter, was quite unstable and it took us a feeling it is to get a booking sorted, secondly may more be to do with the fact we didn't have good connection and were trying to do on the mobile, we struggled to get email and stuff through a text with a barcode, QR code would be helpful , that's just nitpicking, overall really useful service
This was really easy for us to drop off our luggage. The bonus was that it was in a leather store! We used the app and had to add 2 bags before we got to the location which was no issue at all. We opted for the anytime drop off. Store owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I wanted to find out some information about best location to use and what happens if I am delayed getting to the left luggage locker in case my inbound train is delayed. After 30 minutes on chat, I got no answer to either question. Wasted my time on what should be two simple questions. Terrible customer service and have gone with another provider. I still don't know what happens if I am delayed getting to drop off luggage. AND now they have responded below I still don't know what happens if you arrive late. A great example of indifference.
The service was great after all, but just the thing I booked it via browser and it let me book for 8am . In fact the store was opened from 9am so… an extra hour with all the luggage and a baby.. not cool, sorry.. the store was also little bit hard to find, but nice lady next door helped us. The process it self worked great.
Great experience, easy booking and the shop staff were very pleasant. The only thing I would comment on is that the location is not at the bus station, it's through cobbled streets in the old town. The luggage store is a cupboard in a shop (a beautiful shop!) and is therefore small. Bit of a tight squeeze for a large suitcase.
Can’t recommend Radical Storage. They sold storage at a place which stopped working together with them a year ago. We were told, that we were the third group this week who tried to store luggage at the place. And their so called 24/7 support is of course a chatbot, who didn’t bring a solution to the table other than sorry and refund (which is still to be seen). As a result, we were left with our luggage. We had reserved half a day to tour and investigate Naxos Town, Greece before Ferry departure, but our options were limited due to the luggage. Don’t sell a product, that you don’t have!
