I left a large suitcase in the cafe in the middle of Chinatown (San Francisco) for 10 days. It was a simple and affordable process to drop off and pick up at this location and my property was completely safe and secure. Would recommend as an alternative to taking luggage interstate while on long vacation trips.
We needed a place to leave a bag for a few hours as we were arriving in London earlier than originally planned. I used the app to book a space near Euston station. The instructions on where to go were clear, including the street address. Dropping off the bag was easy and it was photographed on drop off and they showed me the photo again at pick-up time to confirm. I find this so much easier and cheaper than left-luggage in the station itself.
I booked two different places for storage, false details stated on the site regarding both places. I wanted to have my bags at a hotel but it was both stores of some sort. They said I will be refunded after 5 business days. I asked them to send me an actual hotel that I could book instead - turns out it was a hair dresser saloon. You can’t trust what they market for sure. Very bad.
