The sales person who created my account was very rude and did not listen to me.He was dishonest and just interested in pushing the account through.He registered the account to my personal address which was made crystal clear was not permitted or to go ahead, he hung up the phone and proceeded to finalise in my absence. Looking through my emails I believe it was Andrew Powell who dealt with it.He knew he did wrong as he never sent the review link like he said he would. Update i received a call so you managed to find my account fine.
Shame I can't give 0 stars, I've been lied to and told incorrect information then when questioned why I've been told incorrect information no one wants to reply but you still want to take the money without anyone confused what is the right price as i have emails stating 3 different amounts from different people and invoice. I'm now taking this legal and to trading standards as i will not pay something I've been told faulsey about. I have a paper trail of it all and I'm guessing niamh conlon knows she messed up my telling me incorrect information as she doesn't seem to reply anymore when questioned why she did this. I have all the evidence to all of this. My bank have blocked all future payments now as they have seen the emails and agreed something isn't right. Niamh said the company's been running 35years well you would think their customer service would be better then unfortunately it's not and you would hope a business running that long would know information well enough to not have multiple staff tell someone difficult things. I would avoid them at all cost unless you want to be lied to.
Absolutely rubbish customer service and communication. All they care is about is getting their money from the customers, they’re not willing to listen and support the customer. Never in my life I have experienced such an awful, terrible experience.
Awful customer service and the fuel card isn’t worth it. They say that diesel is 112pl but actually when you fill up it’s like £5 cheaper than usual after VAT is added. Also was tricked by one of their staff members - Jake Stewart - as when I signed up I was told by him that I would receive £25 Amazon voucher for each friend I refer. Jake disappeared on me for months despite several emails and phone calls and when I raised a formal complaint they have taken over a month and still not managed to resolve it. Biggest scam don’t bother.
The biggest fuel card scam there is. Constantly adding hidden fees, saying they've been removed and refunded and won't be charged again only to have them charged again. How anyone can work for this company is beyond me. I will be going to trading standards, they literally charged us £60 for a missed direct debit despite the fact it was paid 4 minutes after the email saying that it had not been paid which is well before the due date.
Completely avoid this company as soon as sign up they sneak up prices and end up being more than the actual garage and complained numerous times they don't do their jobs at all Completely avoid unless you want to pay more than what the alot of garages are offering
For the Dutch-branche: I had provided a new bankaccount number for the direct debit. This could only be done by telephone (not via the portal). This was done properly. Then I did not receive a new form to sign. In the meantime I received threatening emails to pay an invoice before 15:00 or it would be disconnected. This was also done immediately every time they asked for it. I had to provide my account number 3 times. The result is that today I received a fine of EUR 30 because they could not collect. (because they do not have their administration in order). The cancellation during my probationary period has gone out. So they do not respond and do not process. Poor administration.Update: I got two times an extra fine of EUR 80. So I had to pay in total EUR 190 becasue their administration is bad. I managed to get EUR 110 back for now. They promised me in a retention phonecall. But never I would go back. This attitude is not a business-partner. Trying to get the other EUR 80 also back.
terrible company, sneak the prices up, several of my work colleagues are also using radius fuel cards, and im consistently 12p to 15p per litre MORE than my colleagues even though I've the highest use by volume yet being charged way more!!!have tried to communicate with customer (non)services to no avail, no calls back, no reply to emails etc - I've been getting ripped off for several months, and had enough, cards cut up and in the bin. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs, they also pass your data and contact details to one of their many "sister companies" then you get bombarded weekly trying to sell you trackers and other junk!! Avoid avoid avoid
