AVOID COMPANY

AVOID COMPANY missed a payment by one night , was paid the next day and got a invoice a week later for a charge of €80, Once they receive your phone number you will be haunted with their marketing team constantly trying to sell you other parts of the company. Really horrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, at some point you’ll will wish you heeded these warning signs

2 weeks ago paid my invoice yet 2 days later cards suspended for non payments so I called them and was told the computer made a mistake when I asked them if I would be charged for non payment they said no as it was there fault and if I got a charge on my next invoice call them and they will sort it invoice came on Wednesday with a £60 charge on it so I called them and asked what's going on and was put through to a manager he said pay on Monday as he couldn't remove the charge as it would mess with my DD and he would put it back as credit so this week I should be£60 in credit yet no they are still taking my DD at full no credit.This isn't the first time with this company looking for a new card now.

Terrible service

Terrible service. They failed to collect direct debit when money was in account and since blocked my card. All payments are up to date but still not activated card despite calling several times. I was also miss sold telematics.got told how great it is said only £50 first bill and cheaper monthly rates if you top up 100 litres of full which was a lie. First bill £120 and not getting the discount monthly despite going well over 100 litres of fuel. The telematics doesn’t even load properly on app and can’t even request footage, constant problems with the app. I’m now cancelling everything. Locked into a contract for telematics as they give no cooling off periods. Sketchy company won’t be paying a penny to them

Disgraceful Charges

Had s problem with direct debit due to a stolen card i get a management fee of 80 euros because the direct debit was for using both cards. Never going to use them again to think a trade union promote this crowd on their website without some research on them should have trusted my gut and searched them on trustpilot

Don’t go near these gangsters, firstly they’ll tell you all about their great discounts, I specifically requested petrol card but kept getting emails about great diesel discounts, I contacted these clowns numerous time to check this,again no action taken, then despite never using card( I did try once but it didn’t work!!)I received a bill,I rang them straight away to cancel and this is where the main lies begin, I was assured that by the criminals that direct debit would not be taken….. surprise … it was stolen from my account, I spoke to one of the minions and was guaranteed money would be refunded immediately That was on 3rd of November and it is now 21st November and nothing…AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SCAMthey will also try to sell you their so called premium dash cams….STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS

Terrible Company. Avoid.

They failed to take my direct debit payment and sent me a text saying my direct debit had failed. It was their error and not a problem with my bank. I paid them immediately via bank transfer. They then took the balance from my account a day later and refunded my original payment. They then added a £60 fee to my account. They don't respond to emails or support requests. The agents on the phone are useless and incompetent. They are a terrible company to deal with. Avoid!!

Customer Service Skills - ZERO. And do they even care!!

A one star!! If it was possible to give them a negative five stars, I would. In summary having used my card and on its expiry another one was not issued - by the way my direct debit was active and so the new card should have been issued - but a new card was not and neither did they have the curtesy of informing me that they were not going to issue another card. Speaking to their customer services they informed me that there is no minimum number to times per year that the card must be used to prevent a new card not being issued. And it had been used in 2025.Their customer services informed me that they would phone me within 48 hours. Well, that did not happen. Their communication skills are very much zero and they don’t appear to give a hoot about their customers. When they promise to call within a certain timeframe take it with a pinch of salt as you have more chance of seeing the cow jump over the moon that this company’s customer services department carrying out their duties.
