Absolutely shocking customer service…

Absolutely shocking customer service skills. They are happy to cross and up sell you further products but and when they make mistakes they cannot admit fault and just close your account....... Be warned, this company have no morals at all!!!!!

Avoid Avoid , they robing people of money, not saving at all cost more then you paying at the petrol station ⛽️ , so i take a picture how much cost me at the petrol stations it was £76 then they charge me £78 🤨 so no saving at all , the ask me for a dash camera and I said yes , so some call me then explain to me just half way how much will cost me was £20 a month when they sent me the invoice £25 😀 didn’t even told me £20+ vat , and all of the sudden 3 years contract I cannot cancel the contract only if i pay off all 3 years then I can cancel my contract, simple the best avoid this Radiusvelocity , never ever again !!!!

As soon as I'm able I'll be leaving this company. Dash cam does not do what I was told it would do. Missed one payment due to changing bank accounts and was inundated with emails, text messages, phone calls, and threats of the cards being cancelled AFTER I had paid. Discounts on the fuel are minimal and now that a war has broken out, fuel prices have gone high but these guys have put the prices higher than BP themselves! So now I am paying for a subscription to a fuel card for discounted fuel but I'm actually better off not using the fuel card! The fact that they are capitalising on what's going on around the world and taking advantage of big companies with fleets who have no choice but to use these cards is nothing short of immoral. Definitely would not recommend.

Conned me into swapping then caused me extra cost with the old supplier as the contract started weeks later than I asked for.Con men and Liars typical slimy sales tactics. Tell you what you want to hear and non of it is true or do able

Excellent Service by Ebony Walker

Here’s your updated review with those points included:I recently opened a new fuel account with Radius Fuel, and I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Ebony Walker.Although Ebony mentioned she has only been in the role for two months, this is something I would never have guessed if she hadn’t told me. From start to finish, she was extremely professional, calm, and confident throughout the entire process.What stood out the most was her approach — there was absolutely no pressure to commit to a deal. Instead, she took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain all the benefits, making sure I fully understood everything before making a decision.Another thing I take very seriously is my own schedule. I made it clear to Ebony that I really value punctuality, especially when a salesperson says they will call at a certain time. In my view, not doing so shows a lack of respect, and it’s something I simply cannot accept. Ebony assured me she would call at agreed times — and on two separate occasions, she was absolutely spot on. That level of reliability really stood out to me.In the end, I chose to open the account largely because of the trust she built during our conversations. That level of honesty, professionalism, and respect is rare.Credit also goes to the team at Radius Fuel for having someone like Ebony in their team — she is a real asset to the business.A great experience overall, and I would highly recommend both Ebony and Radius Fuel.

No real saving & ridiculous "Account charges"

I applied for a card due to a recommendation from the Blue Light Card website. I used it three times in a year as there aren't any UK Fuels garages near my home/work addresses.I didn't seem to be getting any noticeable discount on the pump price and when a DD payment was missed, (I had already phoned through my new bank account details) I was told that I would be charged a £60 fee!As I had only bought bought £120 worth of fuel over the year I didn't thin k this was fair or realistic so I have closed my account.Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Ask a testing question like “why is my fuel card price way higher than the pump price” and they just don’t reply. If you’re lucky you’ll get a week or two of reasonably good value, then your price will go up every week for weeks and weeks. I object to having my intelligence insulted - especially by people who bulls**t when they do bother to reply. AVOID AVOID AVOIDEDIT - EVERY SINGLE 1 STAR REVIEW RECIEVES A COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE (see below) with a phone No. to call - GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE, AS IT APPEARS THEY CAN’T FIND ANYONES ACCOUNT. That company is juste terrible.1) If you miss a payment by direct debit, they charge you 80 EUR as "admin costs" without any reminder, then they try again to execute the direct debit, if it fails again, they charge you again 80 EUR as "admin costs" etc.2) Their prices per kWh are so high compared to the competitors and they add 21% of VAT on top of the price showed in their app (the competitors display the final price on their apps, not the price without VAT!!!).

When you’re not looking

They will do it properly for first couple then when you don’t check they overcharge after, I’ve been caught out and so have two of my friends. You should t need to check your being mugged off. AVOID
