UK Fuels Ltd is a scam company that is misusing its legal department against ordinary people. They hide their VAT deduction policy, and there is practically no difference between their rates and normal pump rates only around 2p, which they don’t tell customers at the start. Their helpline service is extremely poor, and they keep adding interest while ignoring customer emails. The UK government should take action against them because individual UK citizens cannot fight back alone when these companies misuse their legal departments in this way. Very bad experience with them.

Honestly worst company experience

Honestly, this company is the worst I’ve ever encountered in the UK.It must be run by a group of professional con artists.I signed up with the intention of saving 20% on fuel pump prices after using the card for six weeks. However, upon analysing my invoices, I discovered that I was actually paying 20% higher than the pump rate. Consequently, I canceled my membership and stopped my direct debits.I then reached out to them, attempting to get them to waive the extra charge. They provided me with numerous excuses, after contacting me again by someone claiming that they will sort out my complaint and then convincing me that if I returned as a customer, set up my direct debit mandate, and paid all the outstanding money, they would remove the extra charges. However, I had no intention of becoming a customer again and only re-signed up so they could collect the extra money they had charged. This was all done to pay the original pump price, not to actually save money.After paying the money through a link instead of direct debit, and only one day after the due date for the direct debit, they charged me £100 for canceling the direct debit but credited me a portion of it. Now, not only did they charge me extra for the fuel price and what was intended to recoup the overcharged amount, but I also paid additional money. As a result, I’m furious and have canceled my direct debit for the second time. I don’t owe them any money, and I’m actually out of pocket because I’ve paid 20% above the pump price and a £20 card fee for the privilege of paying more money for fuel. Every month, they charge me £40 for my canceled drive debit. So, the joke is that I don’t owe them anything, and they’re actually charging me a fee for the canceled direct debit and it keeps adding up.No matter what you do, they will deceive you into paying extra, and you will never save any money.

Do not use wasn’t made clear of charges was advised that fuel would be less than what the rate is at a discounted rate just to get me involved then when I called regarding charges was advised that they would waver charges but ended up charging more! Then when I called to discuss bill phone was put down and and called back to be left on hold for 30mins. This company also isn’t regulated! DO NOT USE!

My experience with the radius group has been bad

My experience with the radius group has been terrible. I used radius velocity for fuel cards. I had the fuel cards for several years without noticing that I was being over charged approximately 27p per litre more for fuel (27p more than the @ pump prices). As well as being charged high fees for just having the cards. Upon finding this out, I rang the radius team on the number through my online portal, the first girl seemed very inexperienced and unknowledgeable, she put me on hold for long periods of time to find answer's to a lot of questions i had, however, she seemed willing to help. She took my complaint and said she would get back to me, stating that it may be possible to offer a months refund (on the difference in there price and pump price- which would have been around £160) and correct the pricing. I chased this 4 days later and spoke to a very unhelpful lad called Martin. He said there is nothing he/they can do as my account is owned by Slade fuels (a company I have never heard of or ever dealt with - very confusing). I have tried calling the number provided and there is no answer or response. Radius seems to have many different sections of its company, its very worrying that upon raising a complaint that I have been ignored and refered elsewhere. I will update this review with my genuine experience as time goes on.

Fraudulent services…

This company stole money from my account. They charged me €470!!! euros for 11 kwh which is usually about 4 euros and refuse any contact or callback. They simply refuse any contact after frauding me. This is not a legitimate business but a scam. Do not fall for it.

One of the worse companies ever had the…

One of the worse companies ever had the unfortunate time of dealing with. Loads of hidden charges I payed my bills on time everytime and still got slapped with over £260 in charges. Some of these were due to the taking money out of my account by "accident" and then refusing to refund it instead I could have it back as credit.There app is slow and unreliable and they charge you for the displeasure of using it100% avoid!

They steal from us customers, they say I have a lower fuel price than what the petrol pump is offering - but when I put £80 in my tank, they charge me £103… bad company shame on them and the staff who mislead and lie to the public

Cheating is their core business

When asked about the rates of the charging stations, they indicate that they do not charge a surplus.When receiving the first invoice, it turns out that they charge a fixed, extremely high rate of 30-125% more expensive than the charging station.
