Worst rubber company, increase my fuel prices every week !Calling them twice for 2 years, they promise not to paying more then fuel pump price,and now I pay more then 1.50 pounds per ltr,compare to 1.37 pounds on pump!I have already stopped using them Service and find other company for my fuels!Rubber and scum, that's what is this !
I will start by the one star review, I want to give no stars but it won’t let me. The service I have had from these robbing thieving people. £40 for a failed direct debit is very excessive, communication is not their strong point, lies and am I actually saving any money, the answer is no I’m not saving money at all. By the time you have filled up, paid the secret service fee, then the annual fee you may as well just pay at the pump and save money. My recommendation is to stay clear and not use them, I won’t be paying and they can take it where ever they want!
Unfortunately my experience has been similar to others, in which I have been overcharged for using the card, making it more expensive (10p per litre) to use than the forecourt price. After contacting the company, nothing has been done, so the replies asking to contact them are useless; they don't actually do anything. I am giving them the opportunity to fix the errors, but if not, I have enough evidence to contact my bank and proceed with chargebacks for the transactions. At £12 per chargeback, it will be quite expensive if everyone else who has been stung by this company did the same
Very untrustworthy company again the fuel is not cheaper like they sell to you over the phone they then push lots of other devices onto you sell you the dream and even though invoice paid over a month waiting devices have still not been fitted in car its just a call office a con stay well clear
rip off company, given a price by email from my account manager, a good bit cheaper than my other cards. then the invoice comes and ive been charged their normal rate, 5p more than what he told me. luckily I have proof in the email he sent. this has happened more than once. ( every invoice) untrustworthy company. avoid.
I opened a fuel card with this company many months ago and have had nothing but headaches with them! Firstly, I was misinformed and misold on the product and was not informed of additional charges. Received invoices for £60, £20 etc multiple times and money was taken via direct debit when I had not even activated or used my card! Complained and got a refund and asked for my account to be closed. A few months later I had another invoice and had to ring and ask for a refund and account closure. Was promised it would not happen again. And now a few months later it’s happened again! They’re thief’s and scammers, do not trust a company who operates this way it is extremely unethical and most likely illegal. Save your money and go elsewhere as the customer service is terrible too

And spending almost a 1000£ jn a week Using the correct petrol stations resulted in me saving approx 8-10p a litre........awesome. And now they are offering even higher price then tha market. And there service is a piece of rubbish if you have any problem and wants a solutions unfortunately the department will be close and you have wait for call back that can tak upto 3 4 days stay away from this company
Scandalous profitiering. Avoid these crooks like the plague! We spend over £30K a year with this company and have used their service for years. Only recently, we discovered that we are being charged 30% over pump prices on all transactions!!!!! I've called several times to ask for an explanation for this total misuse of trust, and none of the management have yet to call back.

I have since checked with my bank, and they say it was never requested.As a result they them immediately took a £40 missed payment fee along with that fee.......strange how the money was there and not rejected moments later.So yes, probably saved me about £30-40 over the previous months......but then took it in a different way.Tried to cancel my account........no option to other than to request a call-back which still hasn't happened 1hr later.
