Highly disappointing service

Highly disappointing service. I've been using this aerviyprovider for over a year with no complaints but recently I've placed an order for a new device and it's been over 2 weeks of waiting with no response. When I call rain they say it was released to the couriers, when I call the courier they say they have no parcel under my name. I call daily and they escalate daily but nothing has changed. Oh Sibongile, you beauty 😁I requested for a call back and Sibongile called with a great offer. While on the phone, she sent me an email and an SMS with the payment link. She promised to call after 10 minutes of making the payment - lo and behold, Sibongile called before the 10 minutes lapsed.Great customer service and I pray that the network will be as great.

No response to my previous update, So I'm just going to keep adding a review for each time Rain attempts to CONTINUE TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM ME!!!(support #0621775309) I've told you multiple times that I don't live in South Africa anymore SO STOP SAYING YOU'VE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME - the number no longer works! Contact me via the email that's on file (you know, that one I get emails on claiming I'm overdue, yet I can't respond to them) I don't even understand why you need to call me, just cancel my damn account as I've asked for, for TWO MONTHS NOW. Just cancel it, I don't owe you a damn cent and I was debited after I asked for my service to be cancelled - So in my view, you're overdue to me.

Worst provider I have ever experienced. Repeatedly drops and buffered and rarely reaches speed advertised. Customer Services are non existent and no one I repeat no one ever delivers on the call you get promised. Don’t waste your money .. you can get much more reliable fibre elsewhere.

I'm disgusted with rain

I'm disgusted with rain. I would never recommend them. I was debited twice in one day and given the explanation that I missed a payment simply because I changed my payment date from the 25st to the 1st of the month. By my calculations this would put me in a credit/ advance payment as I have never skipped payment, now I'm told I had to pay for two months. Do not use this service. I received my Rain router on 04/09/2025, but up to today it is still not activated. I have been calling customer service many times and every time I am told they will activate it, but nothing is happening. This has been very frustrating because I paid for the service and expected to be connected quickly.
