My network was switched off on Sunday morning 5days after i had paid my subscription for the upcoming month only to be sent from pillar to post by Leila on their WhatsApp chat, we sent about 58 massages to each other and i tried to explain do many times to her that i don't owe them they should check their payment transaction history and she kept on sending this'i understand yo frustration but u need to pay again. I spent about 30min trying to explain to a fool who couldn't just go on payment history to figure out when didn't i pay. I was so frustrated i stop preparing for church because how can't a company switch off internet without proper check and to make me spend my time trying to explain my frustrations to someone who doesn't give a damn. I hate Rain with all my heart after what happened on Sunday this will be my last month with them. They can go fool others. Anyway i gave up trying to explain to your billing specialist that i don't owe you only for my network to return by itself after 2 hours, do what happened because i never paid the amount you were insisting i pay. You have spoiled my Sunday i will forever resent this network, especially for being unhelpful and giving us robots to talk to us on weekends
I was promised 8.30 this morning that an agent would call me to help me to connect my new loop. It is now more than 6 hours later and still no assistance. I had to call out someone privately to help me and pay the call out fee. Not a very welcoming experience for a new client!

While the Rain internet service itself was satisfactory, the cancellation process has been extremely frustrating. I canceled my service several months ago, yet they continue attempting to debit my bank account. It has also proven nearly impossible to reach a human representative, as the support system relies solely on automated responses. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Rain’s services to others.
I subscribed with rain on july the network was okay for July and August after that everything just became a mess, mind you I am working remotely. I even got a warning for being out of adherence, even their chatbox is so useless it does not help with anything it will just tell you to switch off for 30 seconds, If this is not sorted by end of the months I am terminating the stupid contract, so if you were considering rain better try another network or else you will regret
