I won't recommend Rain to anyone. I had wifi from them for almost 5 years and had a few problems but nothing major. I needed a new 101 router and they delivered it to my house. Since then 4 days have passed and my router is stilk not working. Customer support said it takes 24 hours to activate but it still didn't work after waiting the time. I called again and they said the signal tower is down. I waited again and it once again, didn't work. I called again and they told me my IMEI of the router isn't activated and thats the problem. So again I waited with the same poor result. I called again and they told me that the problem is gonna get reviewed to be resolved. That was yesterday and my wifi is still not working. They can't even find the problem guven how many excuses they gave and my problem is still not resolved. I really expected better from them. This is utterly poor service Rain. I will be canceling my contract with you.
Terrible network service! It would go on for 2 to 3 days with horrible to absolutely no connection at all, totally unreliable especially if you work from home. Reported the issue on different occasions but still it got from bad to worse overtime. Now you can imagine getting billed for a service you're not even getting.
This has been the MOST SHOCKING SERVICE or should I say NON SERVICE company I have dealt with.There is absolutely no customer support,their phone line NEVER gets through to someone for help, you can log a 100 tickets, you will not get service.The connection is utterly shait, no internet for most of the time even though the router states 5G, actually should state 0G,NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.CANCELATION IS AN UTTER DISASTERUPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM RAIN ABOUT THE INCORRECT BILLING NAME ON THE MY INVOICE.JUST KEEPS ON ESCALATING AND ECALATING. I've had Rain for a while and the network is not great, Signal is bad and inconsistent.I had enough and decided to change to Fibre and canceled my rain Subscription.Cancellation was done in August and my account was debited for my "last" payment.On September 2nd my router was collected to my surprise at the end of the month my account was debited again, when I contacted rain they initially disputed it but I showed them that I had canceled before September but they still debited me for the month that I had not used, They admitted to have debited me incorrectly and agreed to refund me. Its now the 9th of October and I receive a mail stating that they don't owe me a refund and that they debited me in September for August usage.This is really Unprofessional and disappointing! You know I knew direct scammers but as for Rain haaaa how can you pay for something you haven't been using,! I mean they are stupid in plain sight..Day light robbery ...No shame nothing they just scam innocent people. they can choke on it...🤨 greed will kill you there
THE WORST OF ALLI have spoken to over three people and I have not had internet since yesterday and nobody is assisting me. I am being sent from pillar to post. Not even their useless advanced support team is assist. I work from home and cannot go to an office. They even debited me twice this month. They are quick to take our money but they do not deliver services. It has been 24 hours since i last had internet. Now they do not even answer my calls.
Honestly if I could rate a Zero I would I’m so disappointed in Rain! 😡 I made a double payment back in July, and to this day over 3 months later I still haven’t received my refund! I’ve spoken to so many customer service agents, sent proof of payment FOUR times, and even followed up through emails, yet nothing has been done.Three tickets have been opened for the same issue, and every consultant keeps saying “it’s been escalated” — but clearly, no one is doing anything about it. I even asked them to just use the extra money for my next month’s payment, and they still didn’t!Now I can’t even pay for my WiFi because they’re still charging me for August — even though I already paid double. It honestly feels like I’ve been scammed. 😤This is by far the WORST service I’ve ever received. No refund, no follow-up, no accountability! I’m seriously considering cancelling my Rain account because this is just unacceptable and beyond frustrating.
