THE WORST OF ALLI have spoken to over three people and I have not had internet since yesterday and nobody is assisting me. I am being sent from pillar to post. Not even their useless advanced support team is assist. I work from home and cannot go to an office. They even debited me twice this month. They are quick to take our money but they do not deliver services. It has been 24 hours since i last had internet. Now they do not even answer my calls.
Absolute Nonsense! They have been debiting my account on two occasions in one month and this has happened more than once when I had already made a payment. I tried to report the issue. They sent me a ticket reference 38475376 and have been saying they'll get back to me. I'm still waiting. Mind you I sent proof of the money they have been taking from my account as they requested. What I do not understand is how they have access to my previous account when I had changed my banking details! I just want them to refund me!
Worst service provider in the history of service providers. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. You have multiple tickets and escalations. And every person you speak to gives you a different instruction or answer. Three weeks later I still do not have connection or a resolution to my problem. Miscommunication every step of the way. I would NOT recommend all the frustration and hassle.I am still lost for words. At this point I'm looking at other providers. Rain couldn't care less!
If I could give no stars, I would. I cancelled my Rain service in March 2025, and the cancellation was confirmed telephonically. Despite this, Rain has continued to harass me with payment demands for a service I no longer use.In June, after months of back-and-forth, I was told the only way to resolve the issue was to pay R50 as a “promise to pay.” I complied in good faith, as I was assured that all outstanding credit would be deducted, my account cancelled, and the router collected. In July, a courier arrived (without prior notice) to collect the router. Since then, I have received no written confirmation of cancellation, no acknowledgement that the router was logged as returned, and no final account closure.Instead, I continue to receive calls demanding payment — despite Rain’s verbal assurances that I owed nothing further. I have sent multiple emails with no written responses, and customer service agents keep making empty promises.This entire experience has left me feeling misled and scammed. What should have been a simple cancellation has dragged on for over six months. The service itself never even worked properly at my address, and yet Rain has made cancellation deliberately difficult.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and professionalism. Rain — I urge you to take responsibility, honour your commitments, and finally close my account properly.
I did cancel my subscription two months ago and because your company is a scammer . The use to deduct my money without any service and I threw that box away because is lack network. Now I received a call from your team telling me I owe them. But the moment I join "Rain" I was told this is not a contract, if you want to cancel or leave ,make sure you don't pay. I really hate ur service guys u r so unfair, Someone in ur department changed my dates to 20th while I was debited on the 25 every month and I just I asked them to move my dates to 26 then she moved it to 20th now my services are off and I have to wait till 25th to pay u so that u can be able to change the dates I’m disgusted by ur service, This is not my error to fix is yours, u dnt even check ur loyal customers, u have money now u don’t care anymore 😡😡😡
