Communication has been great, especially with Yomi. reached out regarding shipping updates as well as exchanging an item when I bought the wrong size. Yomi's responses have been prompt and has worked with me to exchange sizes to minimize cost and time. Item received is good quality.
Items arrived as expected! I’d say the sizing chart is pretty accurate as well. I ordered 3 bathing suits and they all came within 2 weeks. Customer service was amazing! I had a bit of a time crunch and they were able to assure me my items would arrive on time. Yomi helped me out when one of my items wasn’t to my preference and was able to help me get a replacement. She was quick to respond and very very helpful! Would definitely shop here again:)

I ordered one of the pink metallic swimsuits from Retro Stage. The suit was very well made and designed (holy cow, it looks fantastic!) but it was a just a bit small for me to be able to wear comfortably. I reached out to their customer service, looking to exchange it, and got a response right away. You read about people having awful experiences with on line ordering all the time. You can rest easy that your order is in good hands with Retro Stage, and that they will do their best to make sure you are satisfied with their products and their service.
The best part of my experience was the customer service. I had accidentally ordered a piece that was the wrong size, and the customer service was extremely helpful. Especially Yomi, who took the time to help me find the right size and even suggested the best fit. Overall, great experience shopping
FABULOUS! The quality is superb. The cotton is very good quality and it’s very well made. The fit is perfect and flattering. The petticoat is excellent quality too. I am thrilled and my husband was drooling when he saw me in it!Just SO IMPRESSED! Highly recommended!
