I ordered a swim suit back on July 9 and have recieved zero updates on the order; when I track the order number, it says "unfulfilled". I can't get into contact with anybody to get a status update; chat is not responded to, email is not responded to, the phone number goes to voicemail.
I received my order after only a few days and I realized that I had mistakenly ordered an incorrect size. The customer service team was able to help me correct the issue quickly and they were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional in doing so. I would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of the product and the fair prices, but for the way they accommodate issues as well, even when it's on the customer's end.
The customer service was top tier. They are polite both on phone and on email and help with any issues question and concerns in a timely fashion. The swim suits are really well made and they feel great. They also make the return or exchange process really easy if need be.
I have been thinking about purchasing from retro stage for a while and I was so impressed with the quality of the products. I have a dress that I can’t stop wearing and new swimwear for my next holiday. The customer service is quite good. I will 100% be purchasing from here again
