I have to say I don't usually trust Facebook advertisements but I loved the bathing suits so much that I gave it a shot. This company turned out to be honest and I received my items, my order looked like the pictures. My only problem was that I ordered the suit in the wrong size so I contacted customer service and Yomi helped me fix it, she was so sweet, she talked to me like a person and not like she was using a script. I will order again in the Fall for a ceremony in attending.btw my order came from China because I didn't use the local warehouse but my order arrived duty free and no tarrifs
I ordered a swimsuit for my wife. She loved the look but was not happy about the size or the fit on her backside, I contacted customer services expecting a hassle and just general issues with a return. Instead i worked with Yomi, one of the members of their customer service team and they were able to make it a hassle free return/exchange for exactly what my wife wanted. Excellent customer service and a solid product. will more likely than not be returning for another swimsuit for our winter beach vacation too.
My swimsuit came in a timely manner and it’s adorable! I was so excited to get it, but my sizing was off and they were very kind to have me exchange it for a bigger size. I normally wear a M or L , but for this I would go at least a size or two up. I’m 5’5 and 160lbs just for a reference that may help someone size in the future. Yomi in customer service was amazing and very helpful with my exchange. They replied very fast. Thank you 😊
