I love Retro Stage! I ordered a swim suit for myself and it came with very quick shipping. I was extremely impressed. I had an issue with the size due to me selecting the wrong size on accident and I sent an email right away. I was sent a response on a weekend within hours. I was given many options to make it right. I will Def be using them again for future purchases.
When I came across this website online and saw the bathing suit, I instantly fell in love. I normally wear a large or medium. Depending on the make, but for some reason, all the bathing suits I've ordered so far. Online have run small. So I placed an order for an extra large, when it came unfortunately, it was too big, so their bathing suits are true to size. But the material it was great and the whole look of the bathing suit. I love. I reached out to customer service to see how I can exchange for a smaller one Yumi has been so helpful and so prompt with her responses. Overall, a great company and great customer service.
This company is legit. Their products are high quality materials with very affordable price. I ordered few swimsuits from this company. Shipping was very fast, and most importantly customer service is excellent. They will reply you within 24hr with any issues you have.. They have so many cute selections.
I was so excited to open my package and all of a sudden I "yelled oh no! This is the wrong size!" I recently had a wonderful experience with retro stage after I accidentally selected the wrong size and when I contacted them, they got back to me right away and helped me resolve the issue. I am very impressed at the efficiency and swiftness that they answered my questions and resolved my problem. Yomi was the representative that I spoke with and they were very helpful.
