Worst online experience and product. Material is awful and says jumpsuit but it's a 3/4 pantsuit and that was not mentioned. Looks cheap n nasty for $67usd and purchased better quality through Temu and Shein.Asked to return and as im overseas, the options were a replacement item, $18usd or I can pay around $30aud to return for a refund.Given my location and not feeling worth spending the $30 aud, opted for a replacement item. Chose item to the value spent only to then be told the replacement value is up to $40usd which was not disclosed prior or listed on their return policy I could find.Delays in responding so lodge a complaint with PayPal only to finally be contacted with accusations of being inappropriate when I have only acted within my consumer rights.This is why they say when online shopping buyer beware - lesson learnt and will donate these items and count my lossesNote - Paypal dispute was only opened after selecting replacement then hearing nothing for 3 days. As soon as I opened the dispute yo contacted me, so it got a response I have not received anything from PayPal so nothing untoward happened and was within my rights to complain
First of all the whole selection of clothing is super cute!! I ordered a new swimsuit for a fantastic price! When it arrived, I found that it was just a little bit too small so I requested to do an exchange. Yomi was a HUGE help with the whole situation and was very willing to work with me! I will absolutely order from here again!
I just found Retro Stage a few weeks ago, and I only wish I had found them sooner! The amazingly endless selection of clothing, bathing suits, and accessories is a dream come true for this girl! I found the cutest 1950's 3D lace floral one shoulder bathing suit and I could not be happier with the quality! So soft and fancy looking (without the dreadful fancy price tag attached!) My customer service representative Yomi walked me through the process of getting a smaller size suit when I realized I had ordered it one size bigger than I needed, and made things so much easier for me. In the days of everything being computerized, it's nice to have a human on the other side of the computer working with you to help things run smoothly! Thanks, Yomi!
I ordered a swimsuit, but it turned out to be too small. The customer service email was very friendly and patiently worked out the problem with me, and I was able to get the next size up with no issue. Thanks Yomi for your help!

It was only reinstated once I queried TrustPilot about it.**This is the second review I've written for this company after my last review was flagged by Retro-Stage for promoting the payment system I used to pay for my order! I'm shocked that they would stoop that low in order to influence their TrustPilot score.I used Retro-Stage to puy a 1930s style maxi dress back in May, and received an email saying I would be told when the item was dispatched. After 9 days I still hadn't heard anything, so I emailed them to inquire about the delay. I didn't receive a response to this email so after 3 weeks I instigated a charge-back through the online payment sytem I used to pay, and was refunded immediately. I still haven't been informed what caused the original delay with the item. My order number was FD711501
I ordered a bathing suit it came in a little to small. I reached out to customer service for an exchange. Yomi was amazing and quick to resolve my issue. I am absolutely happy with my experience with retro stage. I 100% recommend.
Retro- Stage has been an excellent company to work with. When my order ended up too big, customer service, specifically Yomi, has worked with me to replace it with the correct size. The bathing suit itself seems well made and is exactly what is advertised.
