My daughter and I love Retro Stage. She ordered three swimsuits and she wasn’t comfortable in one of them. Nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t have enough coverage for her. Customer service was amazing. We will continue to shop here in the future. Yomi, especially was very kind and helpful in customer service.
Yomi at customer service is amazing! The dress itself is lovely but I got the wrong size. Instead of making me go through the hassle of a return/exchange, they’re shipping a new dress in my size and letting me keep the other one to give away as a gift! I do a lot of online shopping and this has been the best experience I’ve had in a while!
Be very careful! This is one of those awful companies that charge you to send garments back. I have just been to the post office and it is going to cost circa £25 to send a $35 garment back. Or I can keep it and the company will give me $6. I wish I never bothered.
Ordering from Retro Stage has been the best decision. The selections are beautifully made. I’ve ordered three bathing suits and two beautiful dresses! In addition, the customer service is top tier. I needed to exchange a size and it was effortless, and quickly handled by Yomi!!! She helped every step of the way!!!
I bought two swimsuits, both very cute and good quality. One didn't fit as expected. I contacted customer service and Yomi worked with me to find a suitable replacement. Great experience! And super cute swimwear! I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

I ordered two swimsuits. One fits perfectly and the other not so much! LOL I contacted customer service, and they quickly responded, asking for details about the suit that didn't fit. I can't remember the last time a representative asked for details like this. On top of that, Yomi has been quick to answer any questions and help me get the return issue resolved quickly!
