Review Time
I ordered three items, using the conversion chart to UK sizing. I waited absolutely ages for the items to ship. I kept checking it online (btw - the tracking data is not up to date I have now found out!). When the items eventually arrived, two were far too small, and one was too big. Cheap and cheerful material, but size issue is a major problem, especially when you are waiting so long for items to arrive. I won't re-order from this company again. Update note- interesting to see you have commented on here regarding providing further information to your customer service - but I had already done this, and not yet received a reply. Yet on this review you sound keen to put right any issues..... perhaps replying to customer service issues regarding return of items for refund may be a start....further update note, now you have changed your original reply to make it look as if you had previously contacted me, I note you now have - but you have ignored that I have asked to return for a refund, and instead have concentrated on exchanging items for another size. As your size charts are inconsistant, I do not wish to exchange items, as if the sizes are still wrong, I will have to pay another postage fee to return them. Please provide details to me on how to return items for a full refund!
This bathing suit is beautiful, unfortunately we recieved the wrong size, but the customer service was fantastic and they even offered to send us the correct swimsuit at no cost to us. I will be purchasing more items from them in the future. I highly recommend this company
I absolutely love the retro looking swim suits. The quality is great, colors are vibrant. I had an issue where when I checked out the size somehow changed from a Large to a Small. (Gotta love technology, right?!) I reached out and Retro Stage had a great rep ready to help me make this right with a clear and smooth transition. I would like to shout out appreciation to Yomi for helping me get the right size just in time for warm weather. I can't wait to feel comfortable in my adorable swimsuit. I will definitely be ordering others!
I ordered two swimsuits from here, the pre-sale mermaid halter bikini and the gathered halter swimsuit. The fabric and feel are amazing and they are true to size! Unfortunately bikinis are challenging for me to fit and I didn't quite get it right but Yomi in customer service helped take care of me to get it right! I dont usually buy online but the styles were way too cute to pass up, so thank you Yomi for helping me!
My experience with retro stage was amazing. My swimsuit came fast and was exactly what I ordered. If you have any concerns, customer service team is amazing. I spoke with yomi. She responded quickly and answered any questions I had I highly recommend this company and their products 10 out of 10!!!!
I loved the material and the retro design of the swimsuit. I received my order much faster than I expected. The ordering process was simple even when I had questions, "Yomi" with customer support replied quickly and offered an excellent advice. Definitely a GREAT buy!!!
I ordered several items from Retro Stage and they are all super cute and great quality for a reasonable price. I ordered 1 item in the wrong size (my fault not theirs), and they are very helpful in helping correct my mistake so I get the right size. Everything else I ordered based on their size charts fits really well and is very flattering on. Super satisfied with my purchase and will be buying more things from them in the future
The products arrived quickly. Much faster than expected. I purchased 4 swim suits and 2 dresses and they were all cuter in person than they were in the website pictures. I had to exchange 1 of the dresses because I accidentally bought a large but needed a medium. I reached out to their customer service department via email for the exchange and received a prompt reply from Luna. Luna was helpful and accommodating and handled my exchange right away. Thank you retro stage for your cute vintage looks! I will continue to buy from you!
