Retro stage has by far been great through my experience ♡ I've ordered multiple dresses and swimsuits and they've all turned out lovely! Shipping and tracking are reasonable. The customer care is quick to respond, kind, and extremely helpful. In one of my orderes I needed an exchange and Luna helped me along the way to resolve my issue. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers needs and requests.
We really love the outfit from Retrostage, it fits well and is good quality! It shipped in time for our Christmas party, so my wife was the best dressed woman there, and recieved multiple compliments! The second outfit we ordered did not fit, but Yomi in customer service was extremely helpful, and offered us several options to fix the situation, and we are happy with the outcome. I recommend RetroStage, and will shop with them again.
Order process is easy to manoeuvre and regular updates on the status of your order is available throughout.My order arrived and one of the dresses didn’t suit me, so I emailed to ask how to obtain a refund. Within a few hours I had a lovely email from customer service agent Yomi, requesting a little more information, which I duly sent. Again the response was very quick and a solution was offered. The replacement item I requested was no longer available, but they realised I needed a little more time to choose a replacement and they offered me this option, without me requesting it.Their ability to pre-empt what the customer needs is phenomenal. Yomi was so helpful and offered numerous solutions to resolve my request. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.Well done all, I truly feel like my request has been listened to properly and that I have been treated as an individual, not just receiving corporate responses. All the responses were personal to me and my needs. Great job Yomi.I will certainly be using, and recommending, Retro Stage again.
Everything was totally amazing. Its not for first time that I shopped in Retro Stage and its always so amazing. Fast delivery and the color of the dress are exactly like on the picture on its web. Specially thank to Yomi, which helps me with problem with size, shes really nice and she is always trying to make me happy. And this is something that in these days is rare. I ordered a dress and it was too small. Retro stage was very accommodating with my request to exchange the dress. Yomi got back to me promptly with information as to how to go about resolving my problem. I will definitely be ordering from retro stage again.
