I ordered a bathing suit and it was my size but the top did not fit because of how it was designed. I contacted customer service and was told I would have an item that would replace it for free for no additional cost. So now I'm just waiting for the dress to come in the mail that is replacing it. The customer service representative named Yomi helped me and was very accommodating with helping fix my order and replace it with something that will fit me.

I highly recommend RetroStage to everyone! I have ordered multiple items at least three times the last few years now. The two swimsuits I ordered the first time were of really high quality and super cute, exactly how I imagined they would be! The last time I received three dresses. All of them true to size description in the website. Also seems to be of high quality. The shoes were really beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, but a bit small in size (possibly my bad). I also ordered a summer hat which was perfect with the dresses. Really satisfied with the two jumpsuits, elegant and original. I cannot describe how pleased I am with finding this website and will continue to buy more in the future future😊 I really appreciate how they put together whole outfits for you. The communication and tracking process was quick and transparent. I had issues with some items purchased but customer service was great and easy to get ahold of. Specifically, Yomi went above and beyond to ensure I received a good experience from Retro-Stage.
Sadly I ordered the wrong size which I realized when the really beautiful and high quality dress arrived. When I contacted Yomi from custumers service I got extremly quick and friendly answer and it will be no problem to get the dress in the right size. So I really can recommend this shop.
