Awesome company!! Absolutely the best online store I have ever ordered from. The clothing is super cute and unique, I honestly get complements every time I wear anything I have purchased form retro stage. From my cute vintage looking swim suite, to my absolutely gorgeous red coat. I have never recommended a website or clothing brand more! On my most recent purchase I was missing a skirt. I reached out and was informed of a production issue, the response was so fast! Because of this production problem I would not have an outfit for an event. Not only did they respond with a quickness faster than Olympic runner, but had me find a replacement item that they then shipped within 24 hrs of my original email all at their cost. I'm truly impressed with not only the clothing, but the customer service is the best I have ever interacted with.
I’ve purchased many cute dresses from Retro Stage. Shipping is fairly quick and the fits are mostly true to size. I did get a top recently though that was small and requires an exchange. You must email customer service. Luna was very helpful and offered to ship me a top in the larger size for free.
I'm very concerned with the reviews here on TrustPilot because it seems that Retro Stage is paying for positive reviews. They offer 25% off orders for posting a 5 star review on TrustPilot or Sitejabber and up to free order for a Facebook satisfaction review (those that will randomly pop up on Facebook). You can find this information on the Retro Stage website under the Earn Bonuses page. This seems dishonest and now I'm extremely hesitant to place an order. If you are a legitimate company with quality products you shouldn't have to bribe your customers to post a review. I hope TrustPilot looks into this as it states it's against the rules. I always check TrustPilot for honest reviews on companies.
So far, I've made two purchases with Retro Stage, and have had two great experiences. My wife loves the items, they look great and seem to be well made too.One dress that I ordered turned out to be a little bit tight, but Yomi at customer service helped me out with getting a replacement. Will definitely be ordering more in the future
