This company has some of the best customer service. I ordered my outfit, but didn't check my measurements and ordered the wrong size, so when it arrived it was beautiful, but too small. Yomi took care everything and I am excited to see my new order. Thank you Yomi!
The item itself is beautiful. It came just as expected. The color, the buttons, the stitching, and the design are all as expected. I did need to exchange for a smaller size. The email option to initiate an exchange did not work. It took a few back and forth phone calls to get someone on the phone. We had to argue that the exchange was in the acceptable timeframe, which it was. Once we had email contact the issue was remedies quickly and with satisfaction. The customer service person Yomi was prompt and helpful.
We ordered online and the delivery was fast and efficient. The size we ordered was on the larger end of the size so after contacting exchanges and refunds they quickly responded to offer us alternatives on how to exchange. The quality is great and fits appropriately and nothing overly revealing . highly recommend

I have been pleasantly surprised each time by the quality of materials and workmanship. For some reason this time I ordered a dress that was a little smaller than normal. Yomi from Retro Stage contacted me to see how my purchase was, when I informed her, I goofed and ordered the wrong size. She was amazing by presenting me with some options including sending back for a correct size. Amazing service, would totally recommend to anyone.
