Retro Stage has wonderful customer service that responded to my questions within a few hours. I needed a cute retro dress for a performance and their customer support helped me find a perfect choice for the event. Yomi has been especially helpful in getting back to me and being very helpful and accomodating.
I have ordered numerous items over the last few years from Retro Stage, from dresses, to bathing suits, and accessories. I have been pleasantly surprised each time by the quality of materials and workmanship. For some reason this time I ordered a dress that was a little smaller than normal. Yomi from Retro Stage contacted me to see how my purchase was, when I informed her, I goofed and ordered the wrong size. She was amazing by presenting me with some options including sending back for a correct size. Amazing service, would totally recommend to anyone.

The dress I ordered was a little large, and I needed to exchange it. My interaction with Yomi made the process easy, and we figured out the best course of action to address my concern. I was happy with the item overall, just the fit was a little large based on the size scale on the site.
