We bought a new kitchen last year with Richard F Mackay and been in 4 times looking for dining table , sofa bed, sofa and a sofa for my mother. Service pretty awful. Their favourite line is we’ll call you back which has not happened on even one occasion. Despair! B
From the moment we first made contact on line, to actually visiting the store and meeting Holly face to face, we experienced great service. Holly is very professional and has a friendly personality, which all contributes to the favourable impression. Pricing is competitive too. We would have no problem recommending Holly or this company.
Great service from beginning to end from sales person Kevin Millar with good banter thrown in 21/8/21Delivery was excellent 5 days later Phone call the day before as promised to give a time slot , delivered with in time slot, Delivery guys were great taken our old settee away, both were bright and cheerful even though their van had broken down right out side our house .And they had to wait a couple of hours before they were back on the road Excellent service would recommend your company .
Cal and Michael of Richard F. Mackay have been awesome again in delivering and taking care of the installation of a bulky and extremely heavy piece of furniture. Their tenacity, care, advice and politeness are what real great customer service looks like.
Outstanding service in the store from Ioana and from the lads who delivered my two sofas and took away my old ones (sorry, I should have got your names!). Delivered well within the delivery slot. They were recommended to me by a work colleague and she said they were excellent. She was not wrong! Faultless service from start to finish.
New bed delivered yesterday, on time. Just had a sofa delivered from Richard F Mackay. They were absolutely amazing from helping me pick amazing sofa to delivery. Fantastic in-store help and brilliant delivery. Kyle and Micheal who delivered the sofa were absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job getting the new sofa in plus taking away the old one. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Although we had to wait about 7 months for our sofa (due to Covid) it was worth the wait. Delivery guys Kyle & Mark were superb. They were efficient and took care when taking old sofa out and bringing in new sofa. They checked the new one was in perfect condition and set it up. Did not leave until they were happy and we were happy with it. Also absolutely delighted with sales person Ioana Cherciu at Richard F Mackay. Old sofa and packaging from new sofa taken away too. Excellent service all round.
