Enjoyed my experience with Richard F MackayEdinburgh. My carpet and furniture arrived on date specified. Carpet fitter Dom and his partner did a superb job fitting carpet hoovered and tidied up. Then later in the day my furniture arrived and Neil and Murray took great care fitting it all togetherTidied up after themselves, were super helpful and friendly.
Murray and Ben delivered our new settee this morning. Everything went very smoothly taking out the old settee and bringing in the new one. No hassle whatsoever. They were very friendly and professional. Thanks guys. Anne Clark
We paid for our sofa in March 2024, but were unable to take possession until early November. The company stored it for us during that period without any qualms. The delivery men arrived during the designated slot time and took the old sofa away. They were polite, professional and efficient, as were all staff we dealt with in the shop. The quality of our sofa and chairs are excellent and when requiring other furniture in the future we will definitely make them our first call.

Neil and Murray arrived when expected.As there was a large piece of furniture to deliver and a number of doors to contend with they assessed their best options and fully explained the best route for them to manoeuvre the sofa.The delivery went without a hitch and both guys were helpful, cheerful and a credit to the Company.
Murray & Ben arrived on time and were very careful moving heavy mattresses in and out of my house. They were confident and efficient but the process did not feel rushed at any time. It was so good to have a delivery which was stress free. Thank you.
I ordered a dining room table and chairs. I waited about 3-4 weeks for it to come but my building work was not finished. I paid the balance for the table and chairs and Richard F Mackay were kind enough to hold on to them free of charge for a further 6 weeks until I was ready. Unfortunately when the goods arrived I discovered they had ordered the wrong table but said I could keep the one that had arrived until they ordered the correct table. My biggest 5 star review goes to Murray and Ben who delivered the table, phoned the store straight away when I said it was the wrong one and sorted it out. Both Murray and Ben were so respectful of my property, so careful with the new furniture, super quick at building it and even put on the wee pads I bought on the feet of table and chairs to prevent marking my flooring. They were so pleasant to deal with. Thank you 😊
Where to start ?Purchased leather recliners on Wednesday. Ioana helped in the showroom, checking they were in stock. 👍 paid for and left happy as she was able to get a Friday delivery arranged. Neil & Steve arrived Friday 7.30, removed old sofa and delivered, installed, tested new sofa giving run-thru of use and care. 👍 48 hours from purchase to delivery - exceptional Thanks to everyone involved - very happy
