I have to express how much we appreciate the sales people at Richard F Mackay. We had bought dining room chairs from Sterling which we were promised would be here early December. Well early December came we were told they were delayed due to the weather and would not be here until January. We had family coming over for Christmas and we needed the chairs. Here came Richard F Mackay to the rescue. The salesperson Ilona took our call, listened to our issue and found us some chairs from a manufacturer and had them FedExed to their warehouse to be delivered immediately. Chris another salesperson called to arrange delivery and when we requested a faster delivery he made sure it happened. The staff at Richard F Mackay are outstanding going above and beyond to make sure we had chairs for Christmas. Also the chairs are perfect for our new table. I highly recommend purchasing from this company. Thank you Ilona and Chris.
One always expects there’s going to be some sort of issue or moaning with furniture delivery, but this could not have been further from the reality. Neil & Steve could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and they were careful and respectful of the property. 10 out of 10. 👍👍👍

From the first visit to the showroom with the expert help of Ioana to select sofas to the delivery by Neil and Steve we had a very good experience from start to finish. Richard F Mackay business has excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
I don't normally write reviews but I just had too! From salesman, delivery men and carpet fitters absolutely brilliant! Only bought settee ( was in stock) and carpet 2 weeks ago. Got a call to say carpet was in so could deliver today. Neil and Steve came at 8am, picked up old sofas, carpet fitter arrived at 10 and new sofas were in by 12.30… AMAZING service! All very professional, took care of my property and explained everything. Such a difference from past companies when you get let down on delivery times and Richard F MacKay , being independent, made me fell like I could arrange around my commitments.
