Ordered 2 jumpers in Black Friday sale but unfortunately too large, not Rise and Fall fault, so re- ordered correct size but one jumper had sold out and has only just returned to stock. Marjorie in support had been incredibly helpful and responded by return offering the new stock at the discounted price. The best service ever and the quality of the Merino Cashmere mix is great and styles really good and sizing perfect. Will continue to check out Rise & Fall
I ordered an item just before Christmas and they made sure it was delivered within 24 hours at no extra charge. Unfortunately after considerable indecision (lovely item but recipient has sensory issues) I had to return it. So helpful and understanding and prompt refund. I’ve ordered bedding before and all items are fabulous quality.
