I have bought two of the Oversized Finest Cashmere Wrap. The first was the black one, and I have now bought the pink one. The wraps are so elegant, it doesn’t matter what your outfit is, having the wraps on elevates it. Fantastic size which is just right, not too big and not too small. Not cheap, you are getting a quality piece, which will last.
Helpful customer service staffI returned an item after the busy Christmas period and was worried it might not have arrived when I didn't receive an email confirmation. I followed up with the customer service team who were very helpful. It was clearly a human being, who responded quickly with good advice and followed up to ensure the refund was processed.
I honestly can't fault either the quality product or the customer service which went above and beyond. The crisp and cool bedding set is superb quality and great value. It's superior to a competitor's set that i already had - and I thought that one was was good! I had a small problem with one order and I've been sent a replacement with no fuss at all and very good grace. Highly recommend ordering from Rise and Fall.
I had beyond the call of duty (as in the end the problem turned out to be my fault) help from Rise and Fall. It was personal, responsive and frankly unusual in an age of bots and AI. I would definitely shop with them again - as their stuff is also of great quality (matching their customer service!)
