I had some questions about the sizing of the fitted sheets and also the difference between the fabric alternatives. Customer service came back to me promptly and with lots of information. I’ve ordered and looking forward to receiving my new bedding.
The customer service is incredible and speaks volumes for the calibre of the brand. A lot of brands lose the human touch but not this one - they really take pride in their product and if there are any issues they go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The quality of the product of beautiful but it was Marjorie in the customer service team that had be raving about the brand to my friends.
I loved the design and colour of the sweater I ordered but sadly it was too large and I had to return it. My only complaint was I had to chase the refund. It took ages to appear in my bank. However eventually a very helpful lady called Marjorie sorted it out for me.Would order again as the products are excellent.7
