Review Time
We ordered two cashmere wraps which arrived promptly and well packaged and were very good quality. Unfortunately they weren't quite what my wife wanted so the day after delivery we decided to return them using the original packaging and returns label. Over a week later we had not received any confirmation of the return and contacted Rise and Fall direct so see what the situation was regarding the refund. We were contacted by Marjorie who explained that they were very busy and there was a backlog on returns, and also advised that Royal Mail were experiencing problems due to the Christmas period. After a few days we had still not heard anything and after contacting Marjorie again she took it on herself to chase up the returns department to find our order and the day after she let us know that it had been found and that a refund had been organised which we received the same day. It was great to deal with a company that has real people at the end of a phone / e-mail and who obviously care about their company's reputation to go that extra mile for customer satisfaction. It was a shame that the product wasn't quite what my wife wanted but it was excellent quality and we would have no hesitation in purchasing from Rise and Fall again.
I recently ordered a coat that was beautiful and high quality but not suited to me. I ran into challenges trying to ship it back and reached out the Rise & Fall team for help. Marjorie was amazing. I think my issue was relatively new but she worked through how they could help and came up with a great solution (from my perspective). She was very responsive despite this being over the height of the holidays. These days it’s not often we can even reach a real person so I was particularly impressed with the level of customer service. Huge thank you. Despite not keeping the item, I feel very satisfied with my overall experience and will be back.
I ordered a cashmere wrap from Rise and Fall and although it was a beautiful garment, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so returned it.The customer service excelled. When I contacted them regarding my repayment, they were very helpful and arranged it immediately for me.Would definitely shop with them again, as everything was very easy.
How on EARTH can a sheet be worth such an INSANE amount of money, was my gut reaction when succumbing to the lure of the relentless Facebook adverts.But I was utterly sick of my sheet pinging off the corner of the bed. Despite using those suspender like clips, which worked to a certain extent, but still pinged off and left me waking up in a wrinkled, uncomfortable pile of bedding. I eventually bit the proverbial bullet and bought a sheet.Oh My Goodness. 6 months in, and the sheet hasn't even moved an inch when on the bed. I now have two, so they do get washed. In case you were thinking I have slept on the same sheet for 6 months. I have one crisp and cool, and one soft and smooth. I prefer the crisp and cool, but I am a woman of a certain age, who does not tolerate heat at night well.Washing has no adverse effects so far. No roughness, no bobbles and it still doesn't move AT ALL during the night, no matter how much I toss and turn. Which I do. A lot.Just buy one and see for yourself just how marvellous these sheets are.And no, I am not being paid, or enticed in any way to write this review.
