Refund withheld + misrepresented ‘luxury’ cashmere.Returned order in its entirety 1 December (proof provided). Over two weeks later there is still no refund, no acknowledgement, and no notification only automated replies to my now formal complaint.The product itself was equally disappointing. Rise & Fall position themselves alongside fine cashmere brands, but the cashmere/wool blend is not representative of cashmere - it is rough, scratchy, badly shaped and nowhere near luxurious.Poor product, worse customer service. Avoid.

Great to feel you are corresponding with an actual person and not a robotic reply. I have bought an item as a Xmas present for my grandson as he is a fan of the brand. Looks and feels lovely and soft so hope he is pleased with it.

Amazing quality & beautiful colour..

Items never arrived. Customer service non responding.

Spent £260 for bed sheets on 26 November. Today is 11 December, items have not arrived and the customer service is not responding to my emails. No telephone number to speak with anyone, no live chat, nothing. Alleged luxurious bed sheets, certainly not luxurious customer service. I want my money back.

Terrible returns process - disorganised and zero communication

I returned my order within the allocated 30 day period, using the Royal Mail label provided by Rise and Fall. I received my order on 5th November, returned it on 25th and it was delivered to the Rise and Fall warehouse on 28th. I received an email from the company yesterday to say that the order had been returned outside of the return period and that a refund could not be made. I have provided proof of drop off at Royal Mail and proof of delivery, but no response. Clearly a terrible backlog in their warehouse and no organised method of managing returns. Or simply a way to avoid having to refund clients!
