Got off to a “wobbly” start with our sofa purchase and delivery times. Anna took control of the situation and all was sorted. Have made a couple more purchases and Anna has been fabulous to deal with. And we are pondering our next purchase through Anna soon.
The Diva Lilypad rug is a nice addition to my place - it looks great! The sales rep at the store in Hawthorn gave me a good price for the rug which I was pleased with. However, the organisation of the delivery would have been better if more notice had been given - I was only notified of the date of delivery the day beforehand which is not ideal for people who don't work from home. The delivery driver arrived on time on the day which was good.
I bought 3 benches and even though 1 arrived cracked the team were super helpful and are getting a new one swapped over to us! Riz has been super helpful in questions and queries. The delivery of these were a bit hard since they are so large and heavy. The delivery driver kept trying to deliver at 8pm but Riz also helped getting it delivered at an reasonable hour.
