If I could give ZERO stars I would. Buyer Beware. I purchased a $3000 rug, before purchasing I checked their refund/return policy on their website and it states they HAPPILY offer returns/refunds within 7 days (no mention of anything else) we have just purchased a new house so was going by floor plans. Come delivery of the rug, it doesn’t fit the room, I wanted to change for the smaller size. Under their ‘terms and conditions’ which no one reads and is in a completely different section to ‘we happily accept returns’ it states they take a 30% re stocking fee. Their customer service is disgusting. They offered no solution even tho I just wanted to change the rug for the smaller size 1 HOUR AFTER RECEIVING. They wanted to charge me a $900 re stocking fee. Do not buy from them. Absolutely terrible.
We ordered the Valencia rug in camel and when it arrived it looked so different to the image on the website that we thought they’d sent the wrong one.It took them three weeks to give a meaningful response (we had periodic updates that they were checking with the supplier and to be patient). This is a large rug which takes up a lot of storage space in our home while they sort out their supplier issue. Eventually they inform us that the correct rug was sent - we ordered camel colour and the colour which arrived is a pink-toned greige - and that if we wish to return it, 50% of the refund will be absorbed by them for restocking and returns. I let them know that this is unsatisfactory and the rug is misleadingly advertised, and have been waiting four business days while they, again, check with their supplier. Not only is the rug colour misleadingly advertised, the rug itself is poorly made with multiple tough joins visible in the wool pile.

The ordering process was quick and easy. RJ Living advised when the article was available for pickup and invited me to book a suitable time to collect. The pickup process was smooth and easy. In terms of the product it’s very nice and of great quality
I received excellent customer service follow up from Leila after I raised a shipment query. She followed it through and ensured prompt delivery whilst keeping me updated. The delivery happened as was promised, and the quality of the Anton table is excellent. Very Happy!
