Had a rock door installed recently. Couldn’t be more happier. It looks fantastic and had plenty of compliments of how good the door looks and asking where we purchased it from. Would highly recommend rock door to anyone without hesitation.
We have 2 Rockdoors, front and back, been installed over 4 years, we keep them maintained just like we was advised to do when the installation was complete, they are just as good now as when they where fitted, so I am more than happy to share our experience.
Had our rockdoor for 7 years now was installed ok no problem but then 7 years after installation we started to notice problems very poor quality door cracks forming humps in door not closing correctly its a joke worst door i ever had. Make matters worse you cant contact the manufacturer can not email them or call them its just a joke.You have to contact the company who installed it we will never use rockdoor again absolute rubbish. Fare enough they will replace the door with the warrenty in place but still they have so many complaints about these problems i mentioned above my advice is dont buy from rockdoor buy from a company that you can actually contact the manufacturer and that can actually build a good quality door unlike rockdoor . AVOID AVOID AVOID
