I called to change personal data after moving home. The process was made really easy by the Customer Services Consultant that I spoke to, Nafisa, who was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She suggested a few options that I might consider with regards to the changes and the whole process only took a few minutes. I've always had good experiences when calling Royal London and this time was no exception. Highly recommended!

Worth the wait

It wasn't easy to get through, but toally worth the wait. My telephone advisor (initials SJ) was brilliant, really helpful, personable and understanding. If you can wait for the call to be picked up, in my experience it was great. I thought the app, and online capability pretty disappointing so was really happy to speak to someone as helpful as this lady was.
