This was/is simple to use even for a first timer for this business. My only difficulty is using different terms for individual businesses. I guess mainly apprehension for doing it right and not screwing up. Good success tho! Appreciate the businesses quality, variety and amount availability! Thanks!
I was looking for a Past Matron Eastern Star ring. I decided to look up vintage rings and found one on this site. I found a beautiful ring that was estimated between 1920 and 1930. Just what I was looking for! I knew I would have to have it resized. That was not a problem for Arnold’s jeweler. They quoted a price for resizing. Once I purchased the ring and had a resized, it was shipped and I received it within a week and a half. I am extremely pleased with my ring and with the service Arnold’s provided. When I emailed them they answered promptly. I even called and they were very gracious. Thank you so much for my beautiful ring.
Had a problem with password and then the payment. It didn't seem to want to accept things, so I had to try over and over. I emailed Ruby Lane and there as no response about it. I got through but I am not entirely sure that my order went through.
