Review Time
I purchased a necklace from one of your vendors. I received confirmation, and a mutual agreement to purchase / sell the item. I was told that I would receive shipping and payment instructions within 72 hours. Two days later I received an email from the seller stating they had sold the item elsewhere, presumably for more money. They offered to sell me something else, that I was not interested in. I looked on Ruby Lane again and the item is still listed. This is a classic bait and switch. What a scam!
This was my first time buying something on Ruby Lane. It was a very easy website to navigate - user friendly, easy to follow and understand, easy to search for the item I was seeking, and very easy checkout process. It also provided helpful information like seller ratings, customer feedback, etc. so that I could buy with confidence. The best part is, Ruby Lane just happened to have exactly what I was looking for, and, at a great price. I highly recommend Ruby Lane as a very satisfied customer!
They responded to my question quickly. Loved the unique items on their site. Not too keen on the need for authorization links to be sent for completing purchase as the links were only good for a few minutes and I kept missing the emails and had to try again and again. A bit frustrating.
