Do not use this company I bought a rug for £109 delivered.The rug can never lay down flat. It's absolute rubbish.The rug comes with a how-to get your rug to lay flat on the floor.I tried everything to no avail.In the end I could only get half my money back or they forced me to post the rug back to Switzerland for £75.Atrocious behaviour from this company.Rugs.co.uk is a lie. They are not in the UK
Purchased from rugs.co.uk however they are an AMERICAN company and if you want to return anything then guess what, you'd have to return it to the USA.Sending a rug to the USA is not cheap and basically not economically viable. They do offer a partial refund if you decide to not return.It is not clear on their .co.uk site this is the case.I have therefore given the rug to my local charity shop so that at least someone can maybe benefit from this mishap.In short - returns are not practical.
I received a rug from Rugs.co.uk, and I didn't like the colour and wanted to return it. I contacted them and was told the shipping costs were £67, the rug cost £99. When I complained about this I was told I could return it myself if I dropped it off in their warehouse in Switzerland. This company pretends to be from the UK but is American, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 2 matching jute runners, when delivered, one was faulty, stripy as opposed to the block colour it was supposed to be and with many defects in the weave. I contacted the company and asked for a return and replacement, only then realising the company is based in USA when passing themselves off as a UK company. I asked them to cover the cost of return as item was faulty they are now just ignoring my emails. So I am now stuck with an 2 unusable rugs as they were supposed to match. Avoid at all costs
Via Rugs.com to the UK website - I ordered two "indoor/outdoor" rugs for the deck. I paid "Flash Sale - 64% off" prices which gave good value & cheaper than most equivalent other UK offerings (I would never have paid the claimed "full price").I'm very pleased with the quality; the colours & designs match the website; the material is not too heavy and rain should drain through ok. They look great! I'll be leaving them outside permanently until November so we'll see how they fare.Despatched straight away from South Carolina & on my deck in Wales 7 days from date of ordering, via UPS who are reliable with accurate tracking.Emails come from "iRugs .co .uk" so check your junk folder.I checked here before I made my purchase & I saw that there are some poor reviews but decided to go ahead anyway. And I'm not disappointed - I've received great products at good prices, delivered with good service so I thought I'd leave a review.
