USA Company using .co.uk URL .... !

Not a comfortable online purchase experience, primarily because you don't receive an email confirmation. I paid by PayPal and only had their paperwork. After the purchase, I searched further and found that it was actually a USA company... using a .co.uk URL. A tad deceitful.Luckily did receive the jute rug but not comfortable making orders with zero paperwork received, except from my PayPal account confirming they had paid them.

Would definitely recommend pricing is great

My second order from rugs.co.uk and I’m very pleased with the service I got.I used to live chat, very quick response from an actual sales rep, the information I needed seem to be easy for them to find and quickly. They help me decide on sizing, pricing, so that I was able to quickly make a decision about what was best for the room.If my first experience with their deliveries, anything to go by then it will be here quite quickly, obviously like everyone I want it tomorrow but it does take a few days and that’s quite reasonable.Highly recommend.

Avoid this company at all cost!!!

Like many others felt totally misled that this outfit purport to be uk based with rugs.co.uk. My rug arrived on time and carefully packed but very thin and light weight. Of the £119 purchase price I would guess at least £75.00 would go toward shipping costs from the USA. They boast free delivery but consolidated Air Freight costs are expensive as disgruntled customers have discovered when inquiring about returning goods they are not happy with!! Do not use these people they are not UK based as their web address would suggest😆It did not become apparent to me that this company is based in and ships from Sth/Nth Carolina USA until I saw the tracking info. TRANSPARENCY is essential but not present here😆The web / company name should be changed immediately to Rugs.com.US what could possibly be the disadvantage in that???

DO NO USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

*DO NO USE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!*Ordered x3 rugs all the same pattern and colour. Rugs arrived today 14/05/25. Looks cheap and nasty, also colour and pattern is completely different to that of the one on their site.Customer Service is appalling, called several times kept holding on in a queue only to be cut off x twice when I got to the top of the queue! Went online and chatted with Furkan. Unbelievable…I now find as others have… that they are either based in the USA or Switzerland and it will cost me £74 by FedEx to return! This is sharp practice, and must surely be illegal, giving a website address of Rugs.Co.UK, but based outside of the UK!

Worst Rugs Ever

Rubbish rugs and shocking company to deal with. They want £73 to return a rug yet they want you to think they are a U.K. business. They are the worst quality rugs I have seen. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Pleasantly surprised!

Pleasantly surprised!I too took the name to mean a UK company and felt misled when I realised. Partly due to delivery times and then if I needed to return. Plus no longer having our trading regs to back me up if needed.But!… 2 days after ordering and having no dispatch I queried this, and received a reply within 24hrs, with full tracking that showed my rug had been dispatched the day I ordered.My rug arrived from the states to the UK within a week, left safely in my requested place, and it is exactly as described.
